AMT interiors division focuses on Fit Out works including Gypsum, ceiling, joinery, marble, tiling & Painting works throughout the UAE.

We have a successful Track Record including completed projects with TARGET Construction, AROMA International Building Contracting L.L.C, IRL Flooring, Procon Emirates LLC, etc. in Dubai. We are strengthening our resources in terms of adding more experienced senior level management staff and operatives to cater all high-volume projects.

AMT Manpower division has upto 2,000+ labour supply with multiple trades in the UAE.

Our skilled labour force includes Steel fixers, Carpenters, masons, Scaffolder’s, Painters, banksman & Helpers

Management Approach

The senior management of AMT is represented by the General Manager, however the day to day management is carried out by Operations Manager.

AMT management realizes its responsibility to provide its clients with proven quality of works and services. Consequently the management is commited to the development and implementation of management system by:

> Communicating to all levels of the organization the importance of meeting the client requirements with the quality of services.

> Establishing Quality Policy and creating employees awarness / understanding of policy and purpose of the organization.

> Revewing and ensuring the availability of resources for our clients.

Health, Safety & Environment

• Ensure workforce is 100% compliant with regards to essential safety and regulatory requirements.
• Third Party Training for all HSE Requirements including work at height, Harness Training and Specific Training for Tools and Equipment.
• Regular implementation and monitoring of works environment based on risk and liaison with clients to mitigate the risk in workplace.

Quality

• Trade Test all Specialist Trades before sending to our Clients.
• Regular management reviews and support the site operation team.
• Conduct regular internal audits / evaluation for continual improvement of its management systems.
• Ensures the projects is well managed with systems, processes and control and dedicate the team accordingly.
